Absolute disgrace of a company !My 83 year old uncle was too old to book a hire van with your companyHe booked the van on my behalf so I could drive it for him.We only wanted the van for the Sunday as we were delivering a model train set to Yorkshire.He was quoted £112.00 and £500.00 holding depositWe had to collect before they closed at 12:00 noon on Saturday as they don’t open on Sundays .When we arrived at around 11:00am on Saturday we were kept waitingOnly to be told the rental was going to be £224.00 as we were returning the van on Sunday evening !Also the deposit was now £550 not £500 as I had 2 convictions !Also when I’ve ever hired from other companies the vehicle is supplied full of fuel and you return it full simple!No not these con merchants it’s hired out to you with supposedly quarter of a tank and we returned it withPretty much a quarter of a tank but you we’re quibbling over the fuel!You’d be rubbing your hands together if it came back with half or three quarters of a tank as I’m sure you don’t pay it back !The system of leaving a nearly new van in a open deserted trading estate over night at risk of being vandalised or stolen and still being liable is a joke! We took plenty of photos to prove it was intact when we left it, including the fuel gauge !You have left my elderly uncle extremely distraught and distressed !He has had to tell his wife (my Auntie) that he had to use an extra £112 of their pension that they can ill affordDue to you providing misleading quotation information.I will be contacting trading standards regarding the way you conducted this transaction and not honoured the quote that was given at the time.You should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of and elderly gentleman.A copy of this will be sent to the County Gazette

Recently used Falcon for renting a van. The whole process was seamless and stress-free in what was otherwise a very stressful and manic day. The chap at the desk Ali was very friendly and helpful and went through everything concisely, the van itself was nice and modern, just what was needed- I'll definitely come here in future!

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Charged a fine for the van when it was in perfect condition when I left it. Despite being parked on their premises, they'd claimed it was still my responsibility until their office opened on the Monday, which was in the contract.Interestingly there was other damage on the van when I collected it. I'm fairly sure they were collecting money off me to pay to repair the same panel and sell the van on again.Shameful experience - avoid.

Ian and Josh saved me today. After being let down, Ian was able to secure me a car for the day. Great price, easy to work with and lovely little car. Josh kindly offered me a lift back to the station when all the cab companies were busy. Great service, went above and beyond. I am very thankful to the team at Falcon.

Rented a long wheelbase van when moving house. I thought the £100 cost for 24 hours was very fair, the van was almost new, and the whole process very straightforward. Would certainly use again.

Great company, great staff. I called to enquire about a van and spoke with Jordan in Taunton who was extremely helpful and advised everything I would need on the day. When it came to the day of hiring, the transaction was seamless and stress free. Jordan was very professional and made sure that I was comfortable with how the van worked etc. He checked round the vehicle thoroughly and nothing went unmissed. I wouldn't think twice about hiring from Falcon! Falcon should be very proud to have a member of staff like Jordan!

Honestly cannot fault the team, Jordan was superb through out. Booked the van with ease. Josh and Ally in Bridgwater were also fantastic. The van was spotless when I went to collect. Really friendly and above all made it so easy for me. 100% Will use them again and recommend to friends and family.

I hired a long wheelbase van. It was in very good condition, clean, and it had mounting points custom fitted which made it a lot easier to transport furniture.
