Bad service, can't look after the children interest, care more what mothers think, even when they try committing suicide in the house with the children.

Useless. Spent several months chasing for an appointment with SEVERE chronic fatigue Syndrome (ME), meaning it makes me VERY ill to make calls and most of the time impossible to do. Even being on hold causes more fatigue and pain when this severe. Living in hostel but no support. And no one ever got back to me to book an appointment. When you are severely ill and with daily suicidal thoughts, this was very bad on my health. This was several years ago and I'm writing this now because I still am aware of the impact to this day, and to others. I also had an assessment eventually and was told in the assessment certain things like someone would get back to me for sure, and expressed my anxiety about this but the person insisted they would. And didn't. So again my fears were justified. I can't remember the specific things said but I know I was chasing. You simply cannot chase someone when you are ill, chasing for months makes a person with major mental and physical health issues extremely sick. And then of course I have to deal with more distrust and anger, making me more sick because stress causes more ME pain/fatigue and more depression.

Useless no help at all

Nick was no help at all saying I can pay for my own carer now my daughter stopped caring for me
