Travelodge Burnley

The room and bathroom was clean and warm on arrival however the shower was cold in the morning.

First off I would like to say the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. However the room wasn't so good, the bedside cabinets were sticky, bathroom had stains on the walls and ceiling of all places. The drinks making facilities were also stained and sticky.Bed was passable though again one of the pillows had a few marks on it.I know its a budget hotel but we paid £110 for two nights so not exactly on the cheapest side.The WiFi, though cheap, only allowed two devices on and when speed tested was only getting 4mbs down and 2mbs up. My work video call was blurry though at least managed to connect.Location was OK though parking was a nightmare on the first nightOverall we won't be staying there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone else unless you can get it cheap.

Was purchased on an emergency stay due to cancellation and complications. Staff was very nice, had a large room, was clean and warm compared to outside, dried up and recovered for the next day. Unfortunately out of staff control, fire alarm went off due to people smoking in there room was delt with fairly quickly.

Nicest staff in a hotel I've ever experienced. All the girls I met were SO friendly, helpful, welcoming and lovely. Felt like they couldn't do enough for me. I'd give the service more than 6 stars if I could! Wish I had the names of them all the thank each of them individually.

Excellent value. Stayed here for 2 nights and had a very good sleep both nights. The reception staff were very friendly and gave good advice on local taxis. The room was very clean and had all the essentials. Don’t be put off from this place by the look on satellite view, it was a brilliant stay. There is easy access to a well stocked petrol station and a Starbucks; can’t comment on the nearby restaurant as we didn’t go there. Left a few items in the room by accident and we were soon reunited with them so very impressed with that. Certainly will be coming back here again if needed:)

We stayed at Burnley Travelodge on the 3rd to the 10th August, the only problem we had was the people staying in the room above us, they came in in the early hours of the morning on Friday and Saturday between 1.30 and 3am and was walking up and down the room above us very loudly, all seemed to settle down when they left. Then the workmen came in and early in the morning we could hear them moving above and talking very loud as they passed by our door. It was great last time we stayed as we were in a up stairs room.

Stayed here for one night and it was just fine. Clean and tidy, nice large room and just what I needed. The receptionist was nice when I arrived. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Stayed here only one night, there was a very loud noise sounded like pipes banging every 5 minutes due to something wrong with water pressure system, receptionist was happy to move me to another room but could still hear the noise, didn't get much sleep,

Kristen was amazing and very helpful went above and beyond.

Standard Travelodge accommodation in good location just off the motorway with plenty of parking, food available next door or from shop in the garage a very short walk away if you need anything. Staff were friendly and helpful, definitely one of the better ones around
