Terrible place to work.

Training at this company is not very good. You're just thrown onto a PC to do the training and no real structure. Too much call listening and not enough training on content. Second-day training with a QA who sat with legs up on the chair and read a PowerPoint word for word. No real engagement with the trainees which highlighted her inexperience.

The wait time for someone to answer the phone is stupid. Seems they only have a handful of people working for them. when they need to speak to you it’s a different story! Not stop phoning! Need to get there act together for.

It's one of them companies that contacts you on behalf of anotherCompany that you have never done business with and have no contract orcredit agreement with and In fact are incapable of using what they will try and get money out of you for. I have added them to some scam alert sites.

Sonex are good guys, they’re there to help “vulnerable” people struggling with debt, my case being an energy bill I owed to Eon Next.I had been ignoring the bills due to various health reasons inc a deep depression, Sonex were more concerned that I could feed myself rather than pay too much clearing my debt.
