Jemima is brilliant at what she does. One of my dogs is very scared of the dryer and would get very stressed. I’ve been asked in the past by another groomer to bring her already bathed but after two spinal operations I’m unable to! Jemima has found a way of doing it with the least amount of stress possible. And saved my back! Both of my dogs always look and smell gorgeous after their groom. Jemima is very reliable, listens carefully to what you want and responds to messages quickly.

Took my poodle a couple of weeks ago totally disappointed . Jemima hardly cut anything off . I asked for a poodle cut her face wasn't touched at all her head was all unevenly cut a total mess never cut her nails or cleaned her ears .and I asked for body short which wasn't even cut ., I,had to come home and trim her . I contacted jemima to tell her I wasn't satisfied and she did tell me to fetch her baCk but I have no confidence to take her back

Totally disappointed having been recommended by a friend. total mess made of my springer spaniel! when i approached jemima she was rude and told me to go elsewhere!! still in shock!!

Very talented within grooming, my dogs always look and smell so amazing! Both of which are very anxious. however greet Jemima as if she was their owner, I have 100% trust into this woman when it comes to leaving her with our pets. Passionate and caring in the animal industry
