Goddard Veterinary Group, Wembley

We took our newly adopted cat to Goddard this weekend for a general health check and had a great experience - Beccy was great with our cat, and was incredibly patient with us and happily answered our endless questions, whilst also giving us great recommendations for food, supplements, etc.We won’t be taking our cat anywhere but Goddard now!

PATETIC !!! PATETIC !!! PATETIC !!!Used to be a great vets. Don't know what is gone wrong. It looks like they operate with unskilled certified nurses but not doctors.AFTER CASTRATION OPERATION MY DOG GOT LUNGS INFECTION.THIS VET BECAME A PLACE OF NEW FRELANCE DOCTORS OR NURSE.

Shocking customer service. We had our puppy booked in to get spayed and she was booked well in advance and they cancelled our appointment a few days before so when I called back to get her rebooked I asked why - she said the vet was no longer available as they don't have a permanent vet and due to availability the one covering cannot do the procedure!So when asking about new appointment they hung up and haven't called back! I will not be booking in as they are too unreliable and I cannot trust my puppy going here!

Excellent service and the staff are so friendly. It is the best vet ever I went there due to had a bad experience with the old vet. Also they adapted and communicate with me so well with my deafness. They do care about the animals and their wellbeing. I would recommend to anyone to go there with your pets. I take my hat off to all the staff.

Really good prices, great vets, very polite and helpful. They also have a small place in front to park, the two times I have taken my cat I have managed to park somewhere without having to worrying about having to pay for parking or the parking warden. Would definitely recommend them, in fact I already have to family.

We have been going here for a few months, while there are good and pleasant veterinarians working their organizational skills are not on the level where it should be.There was a few times when we had a visit scheduled many days in front and we would just get a call or a message that the appointment has been canceled due to no available vet. We got a message like that a few hours before.The other thing that I was really shocked and frustrated is that our dog needs a pain shot every 6 weeks due to his age. We have a scheduled visit for that every 6 weeks, they had 6 weeks to order the shot they didn’t do it. We showed up and all that the receptionist said was “We don’t have the shot, we need to reschedule.”He didn’t even apologize for not ordering it on time, they had 6 weeks.I think that the overall service should be improved. Lots of people in the area don’t have an ability to go somewhere else and this is the only choice.

The patience and friendliness of the team at Goddard Vets in Wembley has been a godsend for a dog that gets nervous during vet visits.Their offer of popping in when passing so my dog became familiar with the environment made a world of difference in my dog's confidence and overall experience. A special mention to Robert who is always so welcoming to us.The team's dedication shines through their excellent service and compassionate handling of my anxious pet. For anyone in search of a trustworthy and patient vet, I recommend Goddard Vets.

Excellent vet - have used them for our old cat and now our new kitten Bella. All the staff are friendly and reliable and the vets are just superb. We went in for her first vaccination and received the booklet with her complimentary general kitten check up noted inside as well as the date of her vacc. The vets are always very friendly and happy to give advice on diet/indoor lifestyle/neutering and never make you feel rushed. Very caring staff - 5 stars.

The problem is we wanted to travel out of UK and we needed the health certificate (which is just paper) and they said oooh first time you have to do rabies vaccination which was £80 and we said its okay lets do it. They gave us appointment, our dog gave the vaccination and then we wanted to book the next appointment to do the health certificate and they said sorry but we cant do in here because its too much paperwork which is £200 (if they dont need the money we can go somewhere else but that was not nice) Even if i know they dont wants to do the health certificate cause they are lazy to do, I would not have given the vaccine there for my dog. Discusting how they are even not one star.
