Finding Fertifa, Tony Chen and Hema Wara literally changed my life for the better. They gave me hope, support, excellent care and service that could not compare with other fertility assessment providers. Step by step Hema was there to support me and treated me as a human, a woman and a friend. Thanks to Fertifa our road to having a child is less scary now so I would not hesitate to recommend this organisation to anyone in need of professional, affordable assistance.

I had a consultation call with Nicola Kempley and she was amazing. I felt a little nervous and embarrassed before the call (as I am a woman of a certain age and going through the perimenopause), however Nicola was so open and friendly and instantly made me feel at ease. Nicola's advice (for me personally) was so helpful and encouraging without any bias or pressure to proceed. Nicola followed up what we discussed immediately after the call, and recently kindly emailed me a reminder that a discount (offered through my employer) is due to expire at the end of December (which I had completely forgotten about). I would 100% recommend Fertifa and especially Nicola.

I highly recommend to book your treatment with Fertifa. Not only did Hema and her team help me navigate through the process and find the right clinic very quickly; they also were always very accommodating and transparent about costs and timelines. If you are thinking of freezing your eggs but don’t know where to start - go to Fertifa and book an appointment with Hema! You are in the best hands.

I was really apprehensive about reaching out to Fertifa as we haven't really discussed our fertility journey with friends and family however after our first round of IVF/ICSI failed we realised we'd need to share with a few close people which was when I reached out to Fertifa via our companies affiliation with them.I spoke with a lovely woman called Nicola, who showed so much compassion, understanding and knowledge around the subjects we discussed. It was so nice to open up to her and actually gain some new information rather than the pleasantries well meaning family & friends offer.I'm beginning to realise that our fertility journey isn't something to be ashamed of or not talked about, and speaking to Nicola has really helped. We have a long road ahead of us but it's definitely worth reaching out to have had a new ear to listen to my concerns. Thanks so much.

I have found the team at Fertifa excellent to deal with. From initial contact to consultation, they make you feel comfortable. Its a safe space to talk about your hope's and fears and options. You don't feel like your on the clock when speaking to them. They will give you as much time as you need to talk about yourself and understand the process. Additionally, so far I have found the costs to be reasonable. A lot of the discussions and consultations can also be done via phone or video call. Also, Hema is just delightful to speak to!
