Totally unimpressed , an update 12 September. I am now in week 22 of a house sale and purchase. There is a small chain of 4 including our purchase of an empty house and. Fuest time buyer. The transaction which should have taken around 6 to 8 weeks has dragged on. My solicitors Graham and Rosen, my agents Limbs and Pepperels clients are unable to get hold of the Pepperels solicitor, who doesn't answer or return calls. Mortgage offers will expire soon. The stress caused has questioned why. I am selling, was it not for my wife I would have pulled out. I will be contacting the HDM to see if they would lime to run a story. I have numerous emails backing this up.
