Deliveroo HOP

Bad for the community. Draws hundreds of mopeds every day and this plot could’ve been a shop, bar or restaurant. These belong in trading estates.

Ordered groceries from Waitrose on Deliveroo who would not give me my shopping (and CHARGED me for the full order over £30) as I did not have ID, even though many and all previous orders they have just used my DOB, which feels unessecary being over 50. Delivetoo will not refund me either. I had thought they would be fair due to being refunded on some products on past orders that were either short date or had a quality issue. On these occasions Deliveroo refunded me without any question, which somewhat surprised me, because less honest people could ask for refunds from Deliveroo a lot just for the sake of it even if they did not have a product issue with the retailer, so expected the same customer service level.

Review as a delivery driver orders are fast has toilet seating and parking facilities as well as water staff are nice to deal with and location is good for get in and out of the the centre on a bike. Bike locking available too for security orders are plentiful during busy periods

Excellent customer service as ever, can't fault them at all, there was a slight issue with my order and the staff went above and beyond to sort it out.
