I mixed my own perfume here and it was such a wonderful experience. The owner is absolutely wonderful and knows EVERYTHING about perfume. I highly recommend a visit here if you're in Covent Garden. Such a gem of a place.

Went in today with my friend. We are both 16 and male. Being so young I was concerned that we might be overlooked but this was far from the case. We were immediately served by a very friendly and helpful staff member who was very generous in allowing us to try around 20 fragrances, suggesting and choosing new ones based on the notes we liked and our reactions to the different fragrances we tried. The owner also helped us towards the end, as we bought a few samples. I was very impressed with the customer service - we were not rushed and were free to try as much as we wanted, even though we did not spend a lot of money there. If you get the chance, go here! A fantastic experience and fascinating place that I will definitely be returning to. I would recommend trying some Zoologist fragrances - an amazing concept.

Had such a pleasant experience visiting this perfumery, Paola was of great assistance. Never thought there would be so many perfume options to choose from, impossible to pick out just one. Definitely worth the trip.

I love, love, love this place. The staff know their stuff so are able to direct and advise well.I love that they have so many exclusive brands and my collection has swelled greatly thanks to Bloom’s.Plus you can purchase 1ml samples so you can actually try something out and see how it goes before purchasing a full bottle

This is a shop that intends more to show off than to give the visitors a good experience. I was told an area of about 2/3rds of the space is off limits and that I need to ask for what I want.As most avid perfume lovers will know, you discover by smelling. And so many things will also smell different to you than to other people. I also have heard of certain brands and scents but need a reminder by seeing them on the shelves to recognise them. So although the selection is great, the experience is just rubbish. It feels like I’m disrespected as a customer to know how and what to sample and the staff is standoffish too.Would not recommend.

Unique collection! I had fantastic experience with very knowledgeable and inspiring consultant. I tried plenty of unique perfumes which are hard to get in EU. I am wondering if people who write here about unfriendly consultants go to jewellery shops or pharmacies and grab things from shelfs without permission. This is a particular place full of treasures, if you come, be respectful and you will have pleasant experience.

Very good selection of niche perfumes that are hard to find elsewhere. The guy that served us was very nice but the lady serving the people next to us seemed very standoffish and hostile even when they seemed interested in purchasing. I walked out happy with some samples and overall it was a very good experience.

So, after reading some of the reviews, I guess your experience totally depends on who serves you. We had a delightful young gentleman take us through the scents and it was a brilliant experience. We happily came away with some exotic testers and it was something we talked.about for ages!
