James has shown through his actions that offering the best service is so important to him. I had boiler issues and called James to get a view. he came in as per agreed time, looked at and mentioned that new part might fix it but he could not get the part due to manufacturer stopped making those so we decided to get the boiler changed as it was getting cold and I had 2 little ones. James sorted out everything and arranged installation in short timeframe due to my kids. It was quite smooth experience

James was amazing. He came at short notice and fixed my immediate heat problem. His team returned a week later with the parts for a final fix. Exceptional service and extremely professional. I highly recommend JF Heating and will be using them again 100%.

I met with a lot of experts to get a quote for my boiler for replacement. James stood out by a lot from the others. He was quite patient to listen to my requirements. He was the only one who came prepared with a brochure and ran through it with me, something that left a lasting impression. When I was finally ready to hire someone, I automatically thought of him.We arranged a time and he was quite punctual and brought his team. Together they did a quite a fine job. All very professional and quite quick. All in all, I was quite happy I worked JF.

The team were onsite and on time, they were really knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.After a failure of our antique boiler, from booking to install the downtime was minimal and now we have a fully working system with updated and easy to manage tech.The guys were polite and efficient and ploughed through till the job was done.They had time to say hello to our 88 year old grandfather and answered our kids questions and said hello.Great team, great work, 10/10!Andy

I would like to thank JF Heating, namely James, for the thorough service I received throughout my new boiler installation. The communication was great, price was competitive and the advice came with good experience and knowledge. My only constructive criticism would be that the floors were not always protected and tools/materials were put on our surfaces but they did ensure all areas were cleaned upon completion so this would certainly not prevent me from using them for any future works I require. Highly recommend!
