Bought a pair of ear rings as a Christmas gift for my daughter only to discover a relative had done the same. I tried to exchange for the same pair in a different colour before Christmas to be told ear rings cannot be exchanged. Earrings had clearly not been worn. Although this is at the bottom of the receipt it is not pointed out to you or highlighted when you purchase. So beware. I will not be buying jewellery here again.

Bought a £500+ bracelet for my mother last year for Christmas. She had it on her wrist for around 8 months and it broke. Took it in to get repaired which they said they would get in contact with me within the next 10 days and if there was a problem with the gold it would be repaired. I recieved an email a while after stating that your repair is ready to collect". However when I rang up to check my bracelet was ready

We bought my engagement ring from here, which I love. But we went back on Sunday to buy wedding bands. There were 10 mins late opening (staff could clearly see us waiting), so we went into a jewellers next door just for a browse. We ended up buying our wedding bands there instead. Early bird catches the worm, sorry!

Absolutely lovely staff, super down to earth, attentive, informative and helpful! All the right ingredients for a positive jewelry shopping experience! There are many jewelry shops in close proximity, I know as we visited them all in search of something special... some other shops were cheaper, yet we bought from Hinds because we were made to feel welcome and valued. Rather than just another punter they have to go through the motions with. Thanks for looking after us and helping us choose a lovely bracelet for our aunty.From Dom, Lisa & Baby Rosabella.
