The support I received from the staff at Burgess & Harper was exceptional. On the day of the funeral (2/11/21), the Funeral Directors and support staff were courteous, sympathetic to our wishes and very helpful. We have used Burgess & Harper previously and our experience was the same. This is the second time in twelve months I have used Burgess and Harper. I have found that they go out of their way to do exactly what is requested. The service is professional. The staff are very pleasant and approachable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Such a sad time for us, but it's so good to know that following the death of my dad, Burgess and Harper were there to assist with the funeral arrangements. They were professional, helpful and so supportive. Burgess & Harper was my Mum's funeral directors of choice and the company did not disappoint. I appreciated the online tools helping to make choices with my sisters (living in different locations and during the pandemic) about funeral options and the professional advice from Vicky particularly given the difficult circumstances. Nothing seemed like too much. On the day of the funeral it really helped to be able to leave everything up to the staff, especially under Tony's guidance, to ensure the family could focus on celebrating Mum's life .
