Friendly staff but not enough of them I think they need more staff and two queues one queue is for prescriptions and for a second queue is to pay items that’s what I think

Helpful friendly staff... Just not enough of them so can wait a while for a prescription to be ready. Prices are ok when (on offer) otherwise check supermarkets first. Also surprised to see quack remedies there.

A fairly standard small Boots. Sometimes a little tardy in having repeat prescriptions ready for collection. Best to order at least a week in advance.

I primarily use this boots as my local pharmacy and have done for years. Pharmacies across the UK always seem to be struggling for staff currently. But they have always been super helpful and as long as you display a bit of patience they will bend over backwards to accommodate you. There is never any need to be rude to staff when you are short of time

What an amazing staff team who work in Boots in Cardigan. They are always friendly, professional and curteous. They are ALWAYS busy, but there customer service is excellent.
