I’ve booked Windsor Cars twice, both for last minute trips which they were able to cater for swiftly. The drivers have both been super professional and helpful, and the journeys smooth. The last time I was running a few minutes late and the driver was very understanding and patient which was appreciated. I would recommend Windsor Cars highly.

I used Windsor cars this morning for an airport transfer. I booked late last night for an early morning start and the online booking process was seamless. We were kept up to date with our drivers arrival by text and the driver arrived early (which is great for peace of mind with an airport transfer!)

Make sure to double check what they charge you!! We usually find them reliable but we recently used them for a trip back from Heathrow. They charged us almost double what they quoted us, and when looking at the invoice provided they couldn’t support the extra charges (the breakdown didn’t even add up to the amount charged!!). I understand mistakes happen but i’ve attempted to contact them multiple times and they haven’t got back to us - will definitely not be booking again ☹️

Always want to try support local but these people have let us down too many times. Three times in a row they have been late, delayed picking up and gave excuses. They also go the long and slow routes. Better option is to get Uber!

Ive used Windsor cars for 25 years. The customer care is terrible.My car was 25 minutes late leaving a very stressful rush at Heathrow. i called 5 times to speak to a manager but they never called back me back. Finally i spoke to a manager after 6 weeks. All he said was cars are late we cant give any compensation/discount (or even an apology!) as we would pay out £1000's, There is no customer care!? 5 or 10 mins ok but not 25 mins. Its outrageous. Never again after all if those years!

Terrible drivers within the company, impatient, and ignorant. When you book for a certain time they will arrive 20 minutes earlier and try to rush you.The drivers will also argue upon what route to take as they “know it all” and will take you for an extra 2-3 mile spin wasting time and mileage for extra money. Unprofessional people.

We have used Windsor Cars several times for collections at Heathrow Airport. They are very professional and the cars and drivers are always excellent. Great service for a good price, would highly recommend!

Great drivers, terrible telephone staff and general phone service. Poor attempt at embracing technology- shame as those doing the driving are always really great!Downgraded to 1star after the 40 minute wait in the car park- “with you in 10 minutes@ lol

Excellent service. We needed to go Heathrow T5.The driver arrived 10 min early, waited patiently until we were ready with all the luggage and two kids.His car was very clean, the gentlemen drove impeccably, discrete, overall +10.I cannot recommend enough this taxi company.EmilSlough
