What a fabulous shop with such great customer service. Ben served us and could not have been more helpful. As we are getting a puppy in a weeks time his advice was exceptional. Congratulations on the support that you give to local animal charities who might I say desperately need all our help. Big thanks to Ben and continued success with all that you do.

Recently had to visit here as my cat was unwell. Was impressed with the dealing and organising of appointment. At no stage was told cost (or estimate) of how much it would be except when I had to pay.

BEING THIS WAS ELLERI'S & MINE 1ST EVER VISIT 2 THE VETS, ELLERI'S 1ST TIME BEING IN HER CAT CARRIER, BEING IN THE CAR & BEING IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENT I MYSELF WAS REALLY NERVOUS AS ELLERI DOSENT REACT WELL 2 NEW PLACES OR EXPERIENCES.BUT I WAS PUT 2 EASY STRAIGHT AWAY BY THE WONDERFUL RECEPTION STAFF.BOTH OF THE LADIES ON RECEPTION WERE REALLY LOVELY.ELLERI SEEMED A LOT LESS STRESSED THAN I THOUGHT SHE WOULD BE, WHEN WE WERE WAITING FOR HER APPOINTMENT.THE VET WE SAW WAS AMAZING, HE WAS SO CALM WITH ELLERI & SHE DIDN'T ONCE GET STESSED.HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS & CONCERNS I HAD REGARDING MY LITTLE FUR PRINCESS.THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND ELLERI WAS POSITIVE.ELLERI HAS HER NEXT APPOINTMENT IN THREE WEEKS, WHICH WILL BE A LOT MORE EASIER FOR MYSELF & ELLERI.FANTASTIC STAFF, VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IT'S JUST A SHAME THEY DON'T DO THE HEALTHCARE PLANS THERE, AS I WOULD HAVE SIGNED UP STRAIGHT AWAY.

Very disappointed after taking my seriously unwell 11 month old puppy to the vets on Wednesday 19th April.I raised concerns to the vet about my dog having megaoesophagus and aspiration pneumonia, to be completely shut down and told no by him.I decided to ignore my own judgement and listen/trust the vet, who told me Lily (my dog) was okay and just had a stomach infection that prebiotics will help.A few hours later, I’m having to rush Lily to the emergency vets where I explained my concerns of megaoesophagus and aspiration pneumonia once again. This vet actually wanted to listen to me and within a few hours Lily was diagnosed with them both.I’m highly disappointed that the vet wouldn’t listen to me as it resulted in Lily suffering longer where the pneumonia had worsened. If he had listened, and checked for the aspiration pneumonia like I had asked, Lily would’ve received the correct treatment and I wouldn’t have had to rush Lily into the emergency vets later that day.I got charged £102.35 for treatment and medication that Lily didn’t need nor it did help her in the slightest. With the cost of living and my other pets, I’m so upset by this as the £102 could’ve gone towards more important things for them. I could have also avoided the emergency appointment fee.All this being said, I wouldn’t recommend them as I feel the vet didn’t care to listen to my concerns and ultimately this resulted in me paying for unnecessary treatment, costing me additional money and making Lily suffer further

Very caring at an awfully sad moment, not just then but a couple of weeks later sending a beautiful poem and card along with some seeds. Highly recommend.

Totally messed up my Click and Collect order and my daughter's a week later. Items missing, received no information regarding missing items. Stuff damaged!Only redeeming feature was staff member Oscar who managed to fulfill my order from items on the shop floor and was very helpful.

Most good reviews are from the grooming department. As for the actual vets, extremely overpriced! It just seems like they aren’t interested or there isn’t a genuine care for the animal. Won’t advice if you don’t pay more. Quick to up-sale things. Always have the contactless card machine ready at hand like every word translates to a sale. Very brand orientated within their choice of words, which causes them to be bias when advising. Refused to comment because I had a well known flea medication that they aren’t sponsored by. Seems like you’re in a car dealership not a vet!

The veterinary nurse here, is brilliant. Took my rabbit here, and she is clearly a rabbit lover. Put him at ease, which could've been a very stressful time for him.

Excellent service, they care about animals. Would have been 5 stars but medicine is a little on the expensive side

Friendly service and pets are well treated. Clean too. Just pricey (as many vets are). There's two sections to the waiting area which is helpful if your pet needs more space. Free access to the weighing scales too.
