Non existent customer service after being loyal customers for years ( family of 5 having eye tests and purchasing glasses every year ) .My wife broke her glasses while on holiday and assistant manager would not email her prescription to her so that she could purchase a new set and drive home ( cannot drive without them )Obviously terrified that we were buying glasses elsewhereWe will never use them again as they are also over priced and the staff have absolutely no training.....THEY WERE LOCAL.....but we've realised to our cost that , that was the only benefit ....Roll on the bulldozers to bring that shabby meridian center and Scrivens to an end

Wonderful service, friendly knowledgeable and helpful, with quality products and a very competitive price. With them just around the corner it very helpful to have them so close by when I need my glasses serviced or a quick repair I don't have to send them off and wait a week or more from an online suppliers. Plus of course you get the ophthalmologist who was very funny but still very professional put me at ease and helped me through the process of my first pair of glasses, so good I got two pairs. Thank you so much

Great staff and nowt is to much trouble for them to help you with have just a few times popped in and ask if they could clean my glasses I had got from them or silly little adjustments and always been done with a smile or even just had a natter with them

I have been a patient at this practise my whole life and have always enjoyed good service from them. They are very friendly and always know what the best thing to do would be depending on your circumstances. I much prefer going to a small business than a giant like Specsavers where the glasses end up falling apart! You might not get a huge selection of frames (as the shop isn't massive), but I always found something I liked and you certainly get good quality, and a genuine interest in their repeat customers; it offers a nice sense of community! It's a 5 out of 5 from me!

Not sure about these folks. On the one hand they appear competent. On the other I’ve been waiting nearly a month for my glasses. Now if they have eventually done a great job then fair enough. And I will upgrade their rating.But Mot too much as they hav not communicated any of this lack of progress. And every time I phone I have to give over my entire life and spell it.
