Shellac Nails & Spa

Not terrible, but I’ve been here twice now for SNS nails and both times they have been quite bad quality which meant they chipped in the first week! So I won’t be coming back

This shop is not very nice to ethnic people.They refused to serve my wife because she left. Review reflecting the fact that they told her she couldn’t wait.They are not an appointment based it’s a walk in.Do not go there. Bad mean service

Honestly,This is the worst nail shop in Billericay.All their positive reviews are fake.If you look at the promotions pictures you will notice that there is nothing special going on in.Staff are lazy and always look like they need to go to bed.Staff will turn you down if or look at you funny if you are black.Horrible experience.I gave them two chances and wish that I had not gone back.Condescending, pretentious, judgmental and overall not a worthy experience. go to the one near Iceland. Theye are so so good.

I went there once and did my nails. Service was overpriced but it was just ok.Today I went to the shop opposite them on the high street but they were too busy with people waiting. Bear in mind they had way more people waiting.I went to shellac nails with half of the people waiting comparing to the shop across the street.The lady looked at me up and down and told me that I cannot wait.I’m a black lady with locks dressed casually and I didn’t fit the white blonde women team that were currently waiting…I know what it was racism because right before I crossed the road to go in shellack nails snap I saw a lady walking in showing her nails and taking a seat.I would not recommend this shop.They’re racist and classist. i was very embarrassed walking out of the shop after knowing that they just did not wait me thereTo make this worse. It was an Asian lady telling me I cannot wait. C’mon, so embarrassingI went back and the lady confronted me about my review and refused to do myNails because I would not justify why I gave her a bad review.DO NOT USE RHIS SERVICE!Very proud and ignorant.

Hit and miss depending on who you get. The lady was very good, but been disappointed every other time. Won’t risk it again.

Everyone is great, service is super , sometimes you may have to wait but it’s worth it . Thankyou all for always fitting me in.

Don't waste your money. The staff are awfully rude! I was waiting to get my nails done for 15 minutes, the staff where all busy with other customers. A customer who came 15 minutes after me, was told she was next. I was told there's nothing l can do about it by the older Chinese staff in the shop! I was terribly hurt. They allow customers to jump the queue, depending on how petite you look or flash. That's why it's always empty, compared to the other nail bars in Billericay. I went to the other nail bar, it was extremely busy but l was happy with the service, the staff where lovely, friendly, chattty. Don't use Shellac Nails the staff, are rude, and seem like they have been forced to go to work.
