DirtyWent for a sunbed at the weekend and had to scrub the beds clean. There were pools of sweat. Think the receptionist was too busy to clean it herself. Need more staff.28-05-19 i am very confused by this aggressive response to my complaint. i have never emailed you or 'been rude' to you, in fact I'm quite disappointed by your response.

Staff are very friendly and give you good guidance, all rooms are very clean. Anne and Emily were helpful. Machines are very good and new. Would recommend to anyone. Open late as well, very good opening hours.

Just visited the beautiful newly refurbished Sunhine Co tanning salon in Southend! O my, it is stunning! The staff are absolutely lovely, they always are and today I spoke to another lovely girl who said she usually worked in the Upminster branch. Such a great tanning experience as always and lovely staff!! Cannot recommend this company highly enough! :-)
