Came in with my friend to buy a costume the main lady who works there was very rude to her clearly new employee who was trying very hard . Asked her to check if both items where in the package for a two piece outfit she said yes they were both inside, 20 minutes later when we get home one of the pieces is missing. Horrible service.

went in today to find a Halloween costume before we even began looking a worker was glaring at my friend making us feel very intimidated so we left would not recommend

Absolutely shocking experience. I had planned a surprise for my partners 30th birthday. My in-laws collected the balloons in the morning but 6 pm they were completely deflated and ruined the surprise I’d planned.Although I was given a refund and an apology over the phone I would not recommend this shop to anyone again.

Terrible experience. Came in to get some balloons inflated and a display created. Basically talked out the door and told to buy a helium canister and blow them up ourselves!! Very over priced. Wouldn’t go back.

Brilliant service and very good prices. Visited the store very last minute for my sisters birthday and they were able to accommodate my requests. Definitely makes events more stress free!

Wouldn’t add helium to my daughter’s balloon which deflated when I left the shop. £22 for a flat number one! - owner stated ‘not my fault!’ Heartless.
