It's a big purchase and I spent a long time phoning round different companies and frankly being fobbed off with sales talk. I didn't want to end up spending money on something I wasn't happy with and more or less gave up. Then someone recommended Passivlux - they don't mess around and they have done a really good job. Aside from the quality of the windows (Rational Aura+) which I'm really pleased with, the fitters did a careful and thorough job - making good has been minimised and they were tidy, respectful etc. The new windows are properly airtight in the openings, which has made a huge difference. Also I opted for triple glazed so I no longer get that cooling effect I had from my older double glazed units.

A very smooth process - stuck to their schedule and installed some beautiful windows. The whole team I met were polite and knowledgeable - firmly in the measure twice cut once camp.Communication was good and Tom oversaw the process with calmness when the rest of our build was anything but!

We used Passivlux to supply and install all of the windows and doors for our new build home. They had a good choice of products which we could see in the showroom, were knowledgable about them and helped us to choose the best ones for our airtight home. They did a good job and happily came back a couple of times to fix a couple of niggly little issues. However, we had some more serious problems with our original sliding door. Without being asked, Tim offered to replace it at no cost to ourselves. Our new door is wonderful, looks good and slides like a dream. The team were professional, polite, respectful of our property and covid rules. They paid great attention to detail and did a fantastic job. We can't recommend Passivlux highly enough. Will definitely use them again.

Over the moon with every aspect of having 7 windows supplied byPassivlux. I’ve recently had my windows replaced with new Rationel ones. I was so impressed by the quality and look of the windows, but even more so by the install team. They were extremely polite, courteous and professional - they obviously take great pride in their work. The ordering process took a bit longer than I’d have liked but regardless I won’t hesitate in using Passivlux in future.

We have bought windows and a front door from Passivelux and have to say that both the products and the service are completely faultless.We live on a relatively busy road and went for the tripled glazed windows for the front of the house and can barely hear any traffic as a result. We had a front door installed which didn’t quite go to plan the first time round which was no fault of Passivelux. Tim and the team replaced the door and it is now completely faultless, without doubt the best front door I’ve ever had!Special mention should go to the fitting team, Andy and Mike are some of the best tradesmen we’ve had in our home, they were polite and courteous at all times. When we had the door replaced there was understandably some slight damage to the plaster and the cladding on the front of the house. They came back the next day and fixed all of this without any fuss whatsoever to an exceptionally high standard. They also cleaned up extremely well as well as taking all remaining rubbish with them. They are a credit to Passivelux.

Absolutely useless. Don’t respond to emails, take rubbish about problems you report. If you have customer care issues after sales then good luck getting hold of them. Awful - Avoid
