Avoid! - Disgraceful joke of a company, 3 failed appointments to get your appliance fixed with excuses and lies. Then when you write a complaint they ignore that and don’t respond. There service desk also portrays an attitude that your bothering them if you call more than a couple of times, even though their the ones causing you stress, inconvenience and lost earnings through missed appointment. Go to a proper reputable insurer that can actually get your appliances fixed and do the job properly.

What an appalling company! Appear super efficient when you hand over your money but please don’t be fooled!The company sent out the rudest engineer three times and each time he was unable to repair. On the last visit he told me that unfortunately he would be unable to repair my machine, but not to worry as the office would make contact and refund my money. I hadn’t heard anything for weeks so spent an obscene amount of time waiting on hold to be told ‘we’re waiting for your parts. They are back ordered but should be here within 10 days. We will call when they turn up’ unsurprisingly another 2 weeks on still no call. Told the same thing again, so I patiently waited. I called again and was told the same thing.The next time I called I was advised that they would cancel my plan as unable to sort parts.Even though I had been lied to on numerous occasions I thought fair enough. Told it takes 10 days to process but I’m more than 2 months into waiting for my FULL refund!Call operators need some serious customer service training as they are only capable to read off a screen! Apparently no one senior available to help, not willing to help!Overall awful company!!!!!!!!
