Went all around Clifton looking to get my rings resized, and Harold's quote was by far the cheapest and fastest (hours rather than weeks) of all the jewellers. Harold is also such a lovely guy and made the whole experience very enjoyable.Quality, friendly, efficient and great value service - would highly recommend!

A genuine pleasure to do business with this gentleman. He re-sized and engraved a signet ring of mine at very short notice and at a very fair price. I recommend him without reservation.

Harold is great, nothing is too much trouble and his workmanship is second to none. My wedding ring is a special design and it became too tight so had to be cut off. Harold managed to enlarge it perfectly and encorporated a diamond from my mothers engagement ring and some smaller diamonds from a ring I had. I was delighted with the result and several people have commented on how lovely the ring is.

Needed to have the claws on my engagement ring tightened as the diamond was a bit loose. Had been very unlucky in finding someone that wasn’t going to take 6 weeks and cost a fortune. Harold was so sweet from the get go, explained everything and took half an hour to sort my ring out. What a pleasure. Will absolutely be headed back there for any and all of my jewelry needs. Would highly recommend!!!!

Overall ,a significant disappointment which has left me several hundreds of pounds out of pocket for my fiancé's engagement ring. I was recommended dragon workshop by a friend and spoke to Harold several times over the phone , I provided him specifications of what we were hoping for and sent him photos with multiple angles and asked him to replicate it which he told he could.Harold was pleasant over the phone and was able to make the ring for the agreed time. However when we arrive the ring was far from what we asked for. The band was thick and sharp edges and the setting was a different shape. When questioning Harold as to why the ring was different he explained he made the ring how he thinks it should look which ultimately is not what we asked. Both parties then agreed it would be appropriate to have the ring made somewhere else as it was not what we asked for and Harold subsequently tried to charge me near full price for a ring we did not want. We agreed a different price and parted ways.Several weeks later I took what he had made and to another jewellers and they explained the product he had given us was illegal as it was not hallmarked despite when we went to see the ring it was for final collection. Additionally, they pointed out he had not provided me with the GIA certificate for the diamond. I called him up that day and he sent it to me but provided no explanation as to why he did not give it to us on the day or did not contact us after leaving his store to inform us we had left it behind.Fortunately, I have found another store who is willing to use the stone I paid for to make the ring but ultimately I am now several hundreds of pounds down because Harold decided to make our engagement ring the way he felt it should look as opposed to the way we asked without consulting us.

Had dragon workshop make my wedding rings and wife’s engagement ring. Made it exactly how we requested them. And all looked amazing. Recommend visiting dragon workshop if your in need of a wedding or engagement ring.

Harold was absolutely lovely. Was able to reshape my ring in less than an hour. And paid care and attention to preserving the qualities of the ring since it was handmade by my late Grandpa. Excellent service at an excellent price. Would highly recommend him.Included a before and after. It was really bent and he fixed it, and it still fits perfectly!

Needed to fix a broken gold necklace which I thought needed soldering and have been told on the phone would cost around £10. After arriving in the store, Harold was very nice and said it doesn't need soldering after examining the necklace. He repaired it and refused to charge me anything. Very nice, fast and friendly service.

Popped by as my engagement ring was a size too snug. Resizing was risky as the vintage ring was very thin, but Harold was able to size it up without cutting into the ring or adding any extra gold, and within the hour! He's extremely talented and also very kind. We will be back when we are ready to look at wedding bands!

I had worn my antque engagemet ring for 70 yars before the ruby dropped out and I was sad to be without it. We visited Harold, a man of great charm and friendliness who said he would attempt a difficult job. A week later we discovered that he was also a craftsman of great skill and ingenuity. He had done a brilliant repair and suggested that Philip perhaps should not fall to his knees to propose again in case he could not arise !!This level of craftsmanshipconcern is rare today.
