Best haircut I've had in a long time. I had Harriet who is actually part of the academy, overseen by Amelia but they both really listened to what I wanted and totally delivered. Is the third salon I've tried in Mere Green - and I will now not have to try any others as have found 'the one'. Only recommendation is that it would have been a nice touch to be offered some water as I was there for over 2hrs.

I am a creature of habit and hate change I go to the hairdresser every six weeks. . When my hairdresser left Sutton for Coventry I was in a fix. I went three months without a colour or cut. I looked around but couldn't make the jump. Last Friday my husband made the decision for me and booked me into Ian McLeod. Fate gave my Antonia and I went last Wed. I could not be happier with the cut or colour and booked up until Sept. Lovely friendly modern place with tons of products to tempt me but above all brilliant staff. Hadn't been here for years (Rebecca left to have a baby and I couldn't get an appt easily) but felt a bit low after Lockdown 3 and needed a boost! Went to see Rebecca again and tried a Caci treatment on her recommendation. I'd had some before elsewhere but they hadn't made much difference.What a pleasant surprise. Lines have softened, my face feels and looks so much better, the treatment is very different to what I had been getting before, which is probably why it's worked this time!The staff are all so lovely, the place is clean and professional, I felt safe with regard to any Covid issues, but best of all I feel so much better in myself!
