Nero PC repair

Awesome IT support. I first engaged Neil when I had wiped a memory card by accident!! I'm a photographer and the whole day's shoot had gone! He saved my bacon, so unflappable he just said, yep, no problem, leave it with me, and a few hours later was sorted, images restored. I've continued to use Neil whenever I need advice or when most recently, when my Outlook stopped talking to the pst files. He can dial in remotely if you need it, and help with bugs, fixes,etc. He's also quite nifty on other digital / electronic items, so do ask him.I am always recommending him, an awesome guy, down to earth and no fuss. He doesn't blind you with science, he just comes in, gets on with the job and sorts it. A real pleasure to work with! Great sense of humour too.I have no hesitation in recommending him, whatsoever.

Neil sorted out my computer. He arrived on time and kept me fully informed of progress. My machine was returned the following day in working condition. Thanks for the fast efficient service, I will certainly use you again.

Can't fault the service we got from Nero. My sons laptop had power issues and was making a terrible noise and would not charge. Neil (nice guy) picked it up, and had it fixed in 24 hours and returned. Its what you want these days but don't often get. Would recommend.

I had my laptop screen replaced recently at Nero PC repair. Booked a date to repair within the week and was fixed and ready to be collected just a couple of hours after dropping it off in the morning. He also offered to collect the laptop and drop it off once it was done. Very friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend.

Neil was amazing. Went the extra mile to extract all my files from my broken computer. Came out on a Saturday and worked well into the night for several days to keep my small business running. Would recommend!

Neil at Nero PC Repair was nothing short of wonderful. He came and collected my laptop, killed by a Windows 10 update, within an hour of my calling him and returned it in less than 24 hours, fixed and he had managed to save all of my work to boot! I have used the Nero PC repair service twice in the last 3 months. The first was in October/November 2014. I found Nero's contact details in a local directory. Neil visited my home very soon after I made contact with him. He quickly and expertly cleared my PC of viruses and down loaded software to prevent any further problems. The second time I emailed him and within a couple of hours he responded to my query. I did not need home visit. Instead Neil gave me advice which solved the problem. Job done.

We were so lucky to have met Neil! He has helped and supported us in our day nursery business in many ways. Configuring a new desktop computer, helping to boost internet signal, solving printer issues - Neil has helped us with these problems and more. Electrical Neil, as we call him, has repaired an Xbox and diagnosed the issue with our laptop and saved all of our information for us. As well as being a really friendly and reliable chap, he will collect and drop off your wares for you, which is really handy.
