Hand shower at side of bath broke and there appeared to be no access to repair. The engineer removed the stud wall in an adjoining cupboard to access the pipework. Job carried out quickly and efficiently with no mess. Absolutely superb company. Very quick response. Work carried out to very high standard. Cannot recommend highly enough

We had a very good experience with Dom and the guys.Dom came out to see the job very promptly, provided a quotation and explained the details.It was to install a new walk in shower at our property and it was a tricky job for several reasons.They started the job exactly when they said they would and they completed within the timescale, although we had some structural problems to deal with.They dealt with everything in a very calm and professional way. They left the place very clean. We had some very few and minor issues post completion of the job, which they sorted out within one hour of us raising the issues.The plumbers who came around were very polite, hard working and nice to have around.They charge us a fair fee for the service and the quality of the job.I definitely recommend this firm !

New Combi boiler and CH system. Did not reconnect earth bonding to mains water supply. I paid an electrician to do it so it would pass electrical safety certificate. Response from Allen's was that they were plumbers not electricians. Overall cleanliness not great either. Will not be using again.

Allens gave me a very competitive cost on Friday and installed a new boiler on the Monday. Excellent cost, excellent service, excellent response. Good not fault them. Recommended by a neighbour.

Fixed a leaking pipe in my flat and were able to respond a lot quicker than other tradesmen locally. They were very friendly and professional.

I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service of Allens Heating. I previously had work carried out with them on my flat and there was no issues of payment, and they did not charge me for any call out fee. My mums heating broke down all the sudden, so I gave them a call on the off chance they could have a look. They said to be that they were in the area to check out my mums house and they would be there in a couple of minutes, with no mention of any call out fee, only relaying they were in the area. The engineer was in my mums house for less than a few minutes and didn't say it was chargeable, he then came back to us a few days later and quoted for the issues which was over £900. My mum could not afford that, so she said she would have to do it in a few months when she could. A few days later she has a call out fee through the door of £60. This was indefinitely not communicated at any point prior, during or after the visit. Be careful of this company they will do anything to get money out of you for 5 mins or their time. They did not even do it out of good will to price up the job, even as i previously spent lots of money with them on my own property.Do not go with this company if its the last thing you do!!!
