Used To order from here all the time until they took the p!ss and arrived 2 1/2 late. Ordered today and couldn't actually believe what they sent. Monster Meaty Burger needs to be re-named as The Anorexic burger, Came without bacon, 3 bits of Pepperoni and 6 tiny bits of fried onion skin, Cheeseburger wasn't much better, neither burger had any salad, Curry Sauce dip is in fact Curry Flavoured Water, Chilli Dip is Tomato Ketchup with a hint of chilli flavouring, Chips were Nasty. These used to be fine but now I wouldn't even feed it to a dog. Stay away from here unless you enjoy being disappointed.

Overall great service, it did take some time to get our food out but they apologised for the wait and were very kind in giving us a few free drinks as compensation.The food was great and the shop is now much better than it used to be after the new management change.

I used to eat from there, but the last time I ordered, the food was absolutely terrible. The vegetables in the salad were bitter and not fresh, and the chicken was undercooked. To top it off, the staff had a really bad attitude, and the food was cold and soggy when they served it.

My daughter was trying to order on 21st of October did not accept the order so she tried again still was not accepted so ordered from somewhere else yet 2 payments have been taking from the bank and can’t get intouch with the shop at all and everytime I go it is shut

As soon as I walked in the staff were willing to leave their tasks to attend to my needs. The first thing I noticed was how clean and tidy and spotless the customer area and the kitchen area was. The service from the guy on till was exemplary. He made a mistake with price but rectified it before I even noticed. His warm demeanor was very welcoming. He asked the right questions to tailor the service to exactly what I needed. The portion size was generous.Overall I cannot recommend Hylton Fry highly enough...from the A* customer service, to the cleanliness of the shop right down to the taste of the food. Will definitely be visiting again and again.

Disgusting staff! Would not recommend this place at all! Ordered £40 worth off food, got estimated 40 minutes for delivery and came over an hour and a half later, when the food arrived I was missing half of my order that I payed for, I then rang the staff to let them know and I got verbally abused down the phone telling me I’m a lier and that I could check the cameras! We then agreed that they would send out my missing order, to what I’m still waiting to receive a day later, we ordered a chicken tikka wrap, the chicken was rubbery and the wrap went straight in the bin, the burger was not cooked properly and had black marks all over the burger what looked to have been from the fryer they have cooked this burger in! The waffles are rock solid and couldn’t even cut it because they were that hard, I don’t recommend!! Never again will i order from this take away!!

Order took an hour and a half to be delivered. Ordered cheesy chips and gravy- came with no cheese. Ordered a large bottle of Fanta- two cans arrived (2 cans doesn’t go far round 4 people). When we rang up to complain, they said they wouldn’t do anything about the Fanta but would send cheesy chips and gravy. An hour later, still no cheesy chips and gravy. We ring the shop, they hadn’t even made it. We asked for a refund, they said they will refund and send cheesy chips and gravy. 4 hours later, no refund, no cheesy chips and gravy!!!! Poor customer service. Curry sauce was very watery too. Definitely won’t return.
