We have been to the store twice already. David has been very helpful and friendly, he provided us with samples and showed us some pictures of fitted floors. There is a vast amount of engineered floor to choose from, strongly recommended.

Popped down to the showroom today - David was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We were able to view a great selection of flooring and came away with some samples too. Great service. We'll be back.

Ruslan (my fitter) has just completed the installation of my flooring. He has done a fantastic job especially as it was uneven and had both concrete and wooden areas. Great advice on my options and attention to detail on the finish. Highly recommended.

David was very helpful,patient and knowledgable to help us source the right wood at the warehouse then Ruslan the fitter they use took over and fitted the flooring perfectly and on the date we requested so it tied in perfectly with the other works being done.Ruslan and his colleague were very conscientious workers.Recommended

My fitter Ruslan was excellent. He took such pride in his work, his attention to detail was amazing. His advice was spot on, he knows how to achieve the best results. He arrived promptly, cleaned up after himself, and his price was fair. He did two rooms and the hallway and they look fantastic. I highly recommend his work

Placed an order but item was not in stock. David worked hard to identify alternative stock and within 2 days we had our black herringbone wooden floor delivered. 1st class service and David couldn’t have done more to assist us, highly recommended.

I visiting the showroom was a really enjoyable experience. David was super helpful and was there to answer my queries but not pushy. I spent a long time just browsing by myself through all the samples.There was a great choice of wood to choose from and I left the shop with loads to samples.
