Wanted to buy a friend a coffee. Was told you have to bring in your own mug or buy one of their plastic ones for £3- with no exceptions. Seems very profit grabbing to me - and definitely worse for the environment than paper cups. Much more sensible to offer a discount to customers who bring in their reusable items as many other places have done.

I am not happy with Waitrose customer service and the product price. They are not friendly, very serious face and extremely attitude especially with different origin people.They said price down but the still it is expensive and especially the product which is expiring on today they reduced 10p or 20p.Cafe looks shabby and toilets smells very very bad and not good when especially using for baby change.

Popped in whilist shopping for the toilet in the cafe .Never seen a public toilet that dirty ever was absolutely horrible and to think the cafe staff use it too won't be using this store again dangerous!

Nice clean store, ok stocked, but low and some empty spaces. Seemed to be concentrating on Christmas rather than the normal ranges. Grumpy checkout staff.

OK store, but seeing wine opposite cleaning products was strange. Also, the amount of litter was surprisingly high. The bins were full and the car park and the environs needed to be cleared up.

As soon as you enter the Hove store you are taken care of! Excellent customer service given by all who work there.Free coffee with your loyalty card (bring your reusable cup) I think this is brilliant, saves people discarding and littering with single use cups!

I have great admiration for the brand, for the products and the quality of their staff. This is just a feedback concerning how the Hove store is set up. I find it very confusing and overwhelming. I thought it was just me and my neurodiverse head, but I heard the same from other customers.
