I loved it here. My dog was well looked after. I’ll definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend. Oh and my dog came out smelling as fresh as a daisy.

Delightful experience, will definitely be using again! Drop-off and pick-up was stress free and my dog came out looking super fresh and very happy.

I have been three times now, twice when it was hot weather and my dog has come out exhausted from dehydration, no water was given whilst he was there. I did mention this to them and they assured me on his last visit he would have water, however when I went to get him no water was in his pen, when he came home he drank 2 big bowls of water.This has now lost my faith and I won’t be returningYes we did have a conversation about him being stressed with me leaving him so you would of thought if he needs specialist care and water to keep hydrated etc this would be provided, the bowl of water can be tucked in a corner. Water is not a reasonable request. I must admit i have not seen a dog given water whilst I was there, it’s a shame as something so simple has ruined this. As the grooming was lovely and he smelt amazing but it’s just I can’t take a risk of him being dehydrated like he was the point where he collapsed when he got home, hope you understand
