Regency Medical Practice
This is an excellent medical practice. Friendly, helpful desk staff. All the doctors I’ve spoken to/seen have been patient and listened to me. They are really thorough with any checks, plus clear explanations and treatment advice. I moved from another practice a few years ago and the difference is night and day.

Best Doctors surgery I have ever attended. Dr Ahmed is very thorough and caring. Never have to wait too long for an appointment. Cannot praise highly enough.

Been with practice almost a year and have to say it’s without doubt worst I have ever dealt with! Almost 7 months now leaving my prescription required on the automated line and it’s never done ! Made complaints and just sick of dealing with the practice ! I am on repeat medication so it should be straightforward every time and it never is! Shocking way to treat patients

Although no longer with them due to illness ,the nurses and staff are really good and Dr sadiq and Dr Ahmed ,the nurses especially Tracy Maureen savanna and sami Linda,they did there best at time of covid they were great with me

Good doctors, nurses and reception staff with wealth of experience who have been part of this practice for many year's and make one feel like family with their warmth and kindness.Multi lingual staff who are able to help and benefit our diverse community.Easy access with carpark facilities available.Unfortunately due to the number of challenges the NHS faces, like all surgeries, this surgery will also face challenges with regards to appointment slots available... all the haters need to tey the and call early and not give Zamy, Sam and co a headache.Dr Ahmed, Nurse Maureen and Tracey are amazing and helpful.

I've been with this practice since I was a kid.Staff are friendly and helpful. Dr is good and has always been helpful.The gem of the practice has to be Nurse Maureen. She is amazing in every sense and she's the main reason I've stayed with this practice.If anyone has had the good fortune of meeting her they will definitely remember her.She's a pure gem

I don't recommend this GP! It takes ages to get an appointment ! There are so much routine to get an appointment, first you only have to call for appointment early 8.30 you may get answered after half an hour , they say the dr will call you back , ok ! what time roughly! We don't know! So you may wait all the day till 5.00 to get a call from the dr! make sure not to busy your phone , you don't have to call even it was emergency! So wait in case you don't miss the call from gp ! this scenario happened many times !I suggest you have to review your system please . i know many people are not happy with Regency Practice.

I've been waiting over a week to get my prescription, only to eventually find out they sent it to a different pharmacy without notifying me. Every time I've called they said they sent it, but when I call the pharmacies, they haven't received anything. 2 stars because I haven't had problems in the past, but this has been so annoying and inconvenient.

Horrible experience every time I’ve been nothing worked for my acne condition been asked to send photos but still haven't got a reply (been waiting for over 2years) asked for a follow up but they wont give an appointment.

It's the most awful service you would get! Very rude staff as well!You're ill? Going to the Boots would definitely work better than going to these useless people.
