Horrible, horrible receptionists working there. The doctors are so lovely and knowledgeable, felt heard and helped. But my god please fire all the receptionist and get in new ones who would actually like to be there and help people in a vulnerable state.

Wheelchair service is appalling, I had to give up - despite extremely painful & extremely limited mobility - because they upset me so much, even an Occupational Therapist couldn't get anywhere - I'd asked GP to refer, later Bowley told OT no record of GP referral - so she did one - weeks later I rang Bowley & they told me no record of OT referral & had no outstanding referrals from time when OT had made referral. OT rang them told them exact date etc, & then they found it but she told me they said had no idea when wld start to process her referral & no idea how long it would take. Disabled people shouldn't have to put up with being treated like this.

It's a shame reception are so awful because all other staff are great. Reception are not welcoming, rude at times, and I'm sitting here now watching 3 people at reception complain that the phone is ringing without answering it. In previous visits there are often 2 receptionists, and I always approach one of them who, without even looking at me, demands that I go to the other receptionist. This happened again moments ago when I arrived today. As I say, the other staff who take care of prosthetics and counselling are brilliant. It's just such a shame that the first members of staff you see are so terrible. There was recently a feedback poster that said how customers had raised this issue and that reception staff had new training to solve thhis issue... can't imagine what they must have been like before!

If I could give zero stars, I would.I was doing some patient deliveries for a pharmacy this morning. Unfortunately halfway during my delivery round I needed the lavatory.I walked into the center and asked the lady at reception if I could use theirs as I was desperate. I explained I was in the middle of doing medicine deliveries for a pharmacy. Unfortunately there was a rude hound working behind the receptionist who simply refused me from using it even though the receptionist was happy for me to do so. Absolutely disgusting behavior and not something you would expect from a place that is part of the NHS to refuse somebody like this. Not only refuse but to be so unprofessional and rudeThe lady who refused was rude, obtuse and absolutely vile.

Receptionist are a highly unprofessional, I say its a scam... when will I get a wheelchair when I'm dead. I say management need to go around and look at the book to make sure no discrimination is happening. I want more info about how this system works and I don't want to be contacted by any Receptionist. Disgusting service if you can call it that
