Gone down hill big time since new owners took over. Portion sizes are half of what they used to be on the wedges. Bought a bbq bites box and it had 5 tiny hits of chicken and half the amount of wedges. Wont be back

I just encountered the rudest and ungrateful staff named Raju. Service is just terrible!!One thing for sure, I’ll never go back to that place again.

Terrible service. Ive been here a couple times recently and it wasn't so bad. But today i turn up. There are 3 members of staff just stood chatting behind the counter. I had doughnuts in my hand and was stood waiting to order hot food. But the conversation the 3 staff were having in some other language was clearly more important than serving me.. I stood and waited un noticed for well over 1 minute. I was also wearing a HI-VIS vest so I was definitely visible. Ow 1 minute might not seem long but when you are being ignored, that time goes so slow. Chucked the food on the counter and walked out. Won't be back again.

Shocking service. Staff have no idea what they're doing. My server looked at the £10 I paid with as if he'd never seen one before then gave it back to me with my change. I was tempted to take it but I try to be an honest person and I thought there are probably cameras. You need to train your staff properly as many people won't be that honest.
