Service was good but too pricy (we paid 26 pounds for two suitcases and two cabin size backpacks for 7 hours), it would be great if there are options of different price for different sizes bags.

Quick and efficient, thank you :-) just across the road from the station. It's a shame that there's no Bounce sticker on the front of the shop, so you're a bit uncertain as you go in.

A little chaotic at the retrieval stage, but no worries. That's the facts when the store has regular business and then three people show up to pick up bags also. All in all, a good experience.

Simple and easy bag storage. Very expensive though. Traveling with a family of four, each with a suit case and carryon adds up quickly. We paid for 8 bags. But each suitcase had the carry on attached over the pull handles of the suitcase so our bags were essentially only 4. And the guy that took care of bags only had to roll four bags in and out of storage. But these days you have to pay a lot for convenience.

I think it would be best to have a visible sign that says the store has Bounce services. Especially would be helpful to tourists who is not really familiar with the system. Or the app can alert the user saying the bounce is actually in the X store so the user will know they shouldn’t be looking for a Bounce store
