First time I used this company we went in for a prog test.very clean clinic. The lady I saw was really professional and answered all my question she was amazing with my English’s bulldog my dog was very relaxed with her. we be back for another test Would definitely recommend.

Arrived on time for the appointment I had booked. Very fast and very professional service which is amazing. Very friendly and communication was top notch. I will definitely be coming back again and recommend to anybody who wants an easy, fast and good service delivered at the clinic and even at home.

Absolutely terrible service. This company had told me false results and made me do a breeding on the 2nd day of my females cycle. After going to other clinics and asking for their opinion and doing a retest we had found on our female wasn’t ready. They were very unprofessional. They had treated us as if they wanted us in and out.

Went for a progesterone test and was treated very poorly and unprofessional, I think it was because the colour of my skin, her tone and manner changed dramatically when engaging with me compared to other people. The way she treated the dog was poor and my beautiful German Shepard was left bleeding puddles up the road while I tried to stop it. On top of all that the test results were incorrect and when explaining the fact, I was treated and spoken to unprofessional and disrespectful. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND I WARN ANYONE WHO GOES TO THIS CLINIC BEWARE

My experience with this clinic was very poor, the lady working there was very impolite and kept her customers waiting outside of the clinic in the pouring rain for at least 30 mins. Most importantly, she gave me a false result and lied about the results of a progesterone blood test for one of me female dogs. She continued to lie and was very rude when responding. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Take your pets to somewhere trustworthy!

Not professional or clean, one in and one out to make as much as possible. Didn’t use her stud and surprise surprise my female didn’t take. Now has a shop as the neighbours in kings Langley probably had enough of her….
