Cake Box Beckton (Asda Beckton)

How amazing it is to have a cake box kiosks.I've ordered from cakebox before but to see one outside the asda store has made it so convenient for me.I need a cake for graduation, I originally went to asda to look for a cake but wasn't happy with the selection.Then I was able to get a personalised cake from cake box super happy with result with fresh icing, soft sponge & pretty design.100% recommend, thank you to the helpful staff .

Really love this shop, I stop by all the time. Cakes are top quality and great for any birthday or event, but above all the customer service is great, particularly with the regular girl that works there rhiana I think her name is. I always stop by on the weekend for a cake and see her when i go shopping at asda, she's amazing, so friendly and always helps me pick the best cake for gifts. She needs a good Christmas bonus.

The kiosk in Asda store Beckons is not serious with business. No number to call online and in the store. I was there waiting for over 2 hours the kiosk as closed . The security in ASDA said they are not serious with business at all.Ridiculously disappointing

I got a last minute cakes for Christmas. I have to say it was super busy and queues for their cakes were long but the staff managed really well, enforced social distancing the best they could without being rude (despite customers acting very ignorantly). Slices are absolutely huge, everything was super fresh and the staff were nonstop topping up. Anyway, just wanted to say thank you... I work in retail and I know hard christmas and new year sales are, and you guys were so kind. Most importantly cheesecakes were mega!!

Great customer service, lovely staff can’t fault them. So friendly and polite however the cake was a bit pricey for the quality and the chocolate curls they stick to the side always taste off?Convenient if you need a last min celebration cake to show someone you care as it’s the thought that counts ay!

Really love this shop, I like to shop when mrs Samera is serving.Cakes are top quality and great for any birthday or event.Recently i bought a cake for my birthday which was delicious not too sweet just perfect.Today few slice one for a tea.Above The great food the customer service is great!!!! I am lucky that i see Samera when i shop there as she delivers amaizing friendly service. .Please recognise her this season for a Christmas bonus,she definitely deserved.Thank you

Great selection of cakes. Friendly staff. Sadly I found a bug on one of the fruit cakes, where the fruit was off. Probably will avoid those in future
