Had lunch here today. It was 11.55 when we ordered our food, it took 45 minutes for us to receive it. Very small portions for the price of the main menu. It was luke warm, one small piece of cold nearly raw broccoli, about 10 warm chips with the steak. Very disappointed and over priced.

We had a really great experience today, the children loved Breakfast with Santa, the food was perfect and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

Food was great and service was very prompt and if we needed something they would get it. Lovely Tudor deco display and had a private room to accommodate our party. Fabulous.

Waited an hour for foodWhen it came 2 meals had cold chips , one had cold scampi. Sausage was hard and overcookedWith lumpy mash. Table next to us was still waiting for any food when we left after 1.5 hrs. Shame as this used to be a lovely restaurant.

Just had breakfast with Santa with my family and grandchildren ,we have all had an amazing time , very well organised children able to play and had a arts and crafts area to keep them occupied,Breakfast really nice and plenty of it .My grandchildren had plenty of time with Santa , who had lots of time with all the children .Cannot recommend it enough a really lovely Christmas experience and great food toStaff were all so kind and understanding of young children playing who were all excited to see Santa , will definitely do this again next year

Saturday night my friend and I with my 8 year old son arrived at 8:30 for dinner. We were watched picking up the menus then a member of staff came to the table to tell us the kitchen was closed! They were still serving food to to other tables! We had already paid for a cab to get there as it was -2 degrees outside and the time was getting on to get another cab to go somewhere else! The service is disgusting there. I have been there before and never been particularly happy with the service the reason for going back is it is local to me. Te last time I went there and actually got food I ordered the hunters chicken you could barely taste the bbq sauce and the chicken was drier than the Sahara desert!

The Wealden Hall once again proved an excellent place to hold our retirement association Christmas meal. The food was good and great value for money. Peter and his team provided great service.
