I was hit by another driver from behind who then claimed I had reversed into him and threatened to take my insurance company (Quinn Direct) to court if they fought his claim. They eventually backed down and I had the accident on my record for 5 years when I was not at fault. Don't touch this company with a bargepole

Avoid this scammers!!! worst insurance company ever!!!!

Had 3rd party insurance, was involved in hit and run accident and the police where involved. Was advised I had to pursue the claim my self because I have 3rd party insurance. They only pursue if you have full comp insurance. I even had all the details from the police to pursue a claim. This was not a legal cover issue. Never again despite the price.
