If I could give this company zero I would. Two arranged appointments and both a no show. The first one was booked for between 8 and 9am. Left it until mid afternoon then phoned up and I was told the engineer had to go back to another job and should have phoned me. Well the promise was made to attend on a Saturday nearly 3 weeks later and guess what. Waited in all day and another No show, no phone calls and their office was conveniently closed. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. How they’ve got a contact with pod point I do not know. My advice to anyone wanting to use this company would be to spend your money somewhere else. This is a terrible company. What a big let down. Very disappointed.

I have recently had a PodPoint Electric Car Charger installed by Energise Solutions and I was impressed with the service from start to finish. After contacting the company directly for a quote and explaining my requirements and if they could install this within a week due to my electric vehicle being delivered earlier than anticipated, Kevin and Kim advised that this was not a problem and advised that they could install the product on the same date the car was being delivered. Upon receipt of the quote, I was happy with the cost and agreed for this to progress. On the day of install, two gentlemen from the business arrived and explained that they needed to check some items before they progressed to do the install. Everything was fine and they continued with the install. This was completed in the late afternoon with no issues and showed me what had been completed and how to isolate the power if required. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. I could not recommend Energise Energy Solutions enough.

Appalling throughout, Where to start. 4 installations were scheduled and none were successful. The first was a total no show despite the office guaranteeing" the engineer would arrive. The second engineer that was booked arrived and arrived on time

Called them seeking an EV charging point for home. Spoke to Bev, very knowledgeable and prompt. I called knowing which charger I wanted - the Easee One. Despite it being a new product to them, they handled my enquiry well. All documentation was sent across as requested, approved within a few hours and a very prompt fitting date was given. On fitting day I had a courtesy call to advise they're on their way. Fitted in approx 4 hours, very neatly done, cable was run along an internal wall as requested. Fantastic service, very happy from start to finish!

Reliable and straightforward company to deal with.They installed a EO mini pro car charging point for me at home.They were recommended on speak ev and after contacting them I didn’t bother looking for any other suppliers as they were very responsive on emails and the application was easy. All done online/email but people available by telephone If required.Would definitely recommended, good workmanship level and friendly sales staff. For me I prefer dealing with smaller companies as if there are any issues you’re not getting passed from pillar to post. Ask them for a quote !

Contacted these after several other installation companies failed to provide even a quote for our period property. They were great over the phone, the install guys were very quick and neat. Within hours they were done and dusted. We didn’t even have to apply for the free installation grant, they did all that! My wife’s car now chargers in three hours rather than 12. Would recommend to anyone that wants a swift, no nonsense EV charging point installed at your home.

I have just had a Pod Point electric car charger installed on my property by Energise Energy Solutions. It was a difficult, challenging and awkward long internal cable run, the installer, Dominic did an excellent job, nothing was to much trouble and thanks to his excellent care and attention, the disruption was kept to a minimum and the installation is all very neat and tidy.Would not hesitate to recommend Energise Energy Solutions, they did a quality job.

I was looking for 0 star review but google does not have that option!! I have a shell recharge unit at home through my workplace and has not been working correctly for 2 months. Shell arranged for this company to attend and replace the unit. An appointment was made for 2 weeks ago however received an interesting call from someone within the company stating that their employee 'had gone sick' and cannot attend the appointment. This was re arranged for today. From that day, I couldn't really trust them any longer and have contacted them c.15 times in 2 weeks to ensure today's appointment is going ahead. Every single time including this morning it was confirmed up until 3pm when I received a call to state the engineer had not gone sick this time!!! but is stuck on another job!!! Re-arranged for tomorrow 9am-10am with 2 days work wasted!!! Time to feed back at high level within SHELL as the conduct of their service partner is simply not acceptable I THINK :)

A review from a different angle. I have previously been an employee at Energise. I moved on over a year ago and since have worked for other companies but genuinely would say that if you are having a charge point installed then use Energise. From an electricians point of view, they actually care about the job being done properly, the charge point fitted to regulations and NOT just thrown in and move on to the next. Great company to work with and a great company to use for your EV requirements.

Very happy customer with an excellent job from start to finish from Energise.Very thorough and clear customer engagement throughout the process with a great job integrating my EV charging point in to my property despite a challenging electricity supply board location and a long cable run. Thanks to excellent care and attention, the disruption was kept to a minimum and the install is very neat.Just as importantly, the installation cost was significantly cheaper than other quotations I had sourced...Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a quality job in respect of integrating an electric vehicle in to their home....
