Movie experience was good. But the toilet is the worst experience, there is only 3 for urinal and one for toilet and it was a theatre jam packed with people. There was a line of more than ten waiting for bathroom in the break time. Was my worst experience so far,

Good cinema overall. Never had a bad experience here. Food and drinks are expensive but that’s all cinemas. Right by the arcade too which is good

I went to the cinema with son to watch the new trolls movie. The toy from the cup broke and we were given a new one but I couldn’t find the cup inside the cinema. I asked two young assistants if the cup could be replaced for my son. I was told by both of them that nothing could be done. I am not very pleased and neither is my son.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR £££ HERE. I can say that I had the worst cinema experience on a Saturday. Long queues, machines not working, they won’t give you a code for the parking cos as a customer you get free parking in the car park after6.30pm. Popcorn dry and overpriced as well as the drinks. Staff all have a bad attitude and are unhelpful as if they are doing you a favour when you’re the paying customer. Once you get in to the screens it’s all dirty in between seats. Honestly just go to Vue in Milton Keynes to get a real cinema experience. They are ripping you off here!!!

I decided to take my girls to watch the new Barbie movie on 01.08.23, as it was their summer holiday and they really wanted to go. We went for the 10.50am screening. First of all, we were third in the small queue but the lady at the tills was super slow; which was okay because they don’t start the films until a while with all the ads etc. Once we went in screen 8, it was freezing! I thought that, it might warm up but it hadn’t. During the middle of the movie, we got an announcement that everyone needed to evacuate the building immediately as there was an emergency. We got out, we were able to get back in after around 10 minutes and they said the movie would continue from where we’d left it. The whole reason you go to watch a movie at the cinemas is so you’re comfortable, you watch the movie on the big screen with no interruptions and there is a cosy atmosphere but unfortunately this wasn’t the case! Not only did we have to get out but we were so cold and my youngest girl suffers from reactive airways and throughout the second half of the movie (once we were let back in), she couldn’t stop coughing and needed her inhaler! On our way back in, I heard another lady mentioning to the manager about how cold it was and he said that the heaters were not working and they’re working on it. It didn’t get warmer even after that and the majority of the people who visited that screening were mostly little children. It’s quite sad that we had to experience this.

Went to see Meg 2, cinema was pretty empty but it had been out a little while, and just before 6pm viewing. Cinema was clean and tidy although a small screen due to lack of custom, can’t blame the vendor for that at all. Went for mid week popcorn deal which is not too bad either. Just one complaint, Mrs went to the toilet only to find all the soap out at every dispenser and they had clearly not been cleaned in a fair while, a member of staff walked out just before but did not seem concerned…She wasn’t too impressed.

I went to Cineworld Luton last weekend to see The Equaliser 3 with my brother and father. My brother forgot to bring his ID but the staff were really nice and kind. We spoke to a girl named Phoenix to switch films and did it without an extra cost and quickly. We went to see The Meg 2. Snacks were a little pricey but bigger than other cinema chains. Will be going there again.

Took my two children to see the new Paw Patrol film (1.30 showing today). My daughter injured her thumb on a door and the level of service looking after her was excellent. I asked for a plaster but a first aider came out, sat her down, checked on her and provided wipes, a plaster, ice etc. The lady working at the popcorn desk later remembered us and got a glass of water for her when I said she was still feeling a bit peaky, and they checked on us after the movie too. I'm so sorry I've forgotten both staff members names, but I really appreciate the effort and care you both put into checking up on my daughter today, it meant a lot to us and my daughter specifically mentioned on the way home that she felt better than she did because you had looked after her.The cinema was nice and clean, and all other staff I encountered were also friendly and professional. We don't often go to the cinema but perhaps we'll be going a bit more now.Thank you to the brilliant Cineworld Luton team!

This is the second time i am coming here and the people at the gates always always make some trouble or the other,I had my ticket, i have the booking, i have the temporary pass with me and they wouldnt let me in with the temporary pass even if i show it to them, i dont understand how can they not use any common sense,How can they not understand...whats the problem when we have the ticket and show them the mail from cineworld and the temporary pass, these people are mindless and just simply wanted to make trouble for evry customer eho comes in...i have taken unlimited pass, and i have went to many theatres, but this is the worst...i could give zero or minus stars..i had to call the customer care and make them speak with the people hre..
