I've edited this review because I previously said the racecourse was run down and needed a lot of work done to it. In recent years a lot of work HAS been done, so I can't leave my previous review unchanged! It looks so much better now, and still holds big events.

Not used as a racecourse anymore.Horse trials venue with many competitions throughout the year. Also cross country course available for hire for training. Huge variety of fences, definitely worth a visit!

Website suggests you can school around fences from 60cm to intermediate/advanced, when we arrived we where hugely disappointed to see that all of the BE/dressed fences where closed, meaning there was a very small area of logs and houses to jump. Hugely disappointing for the money tbh! Ground was very good though.

Great for an interesting walk, watching the air show, riding bikes and horses, watching 3 day eventing , long may it be open to the public

Second best place to view the Farnborough Airshow when it's on. They charge £10 at the entrance and if you're early you can get a spot right on the top of the hill overlooking the airport.

Local to Me so I love watching the practices. Dog walkers are welcome all year except on competition days. There are no bins so you must pick up and take off the course. 2 water pools on site (one dries out in summe)

Very good establishment but there was a lack of rubbish bins.walked the whole course and only found a bin at the catering trailer.....

Great selection of fences, well maintained ground and so much space!! Easy to park and friendly staff. Great all round!

Tweseldown Racecourse
Tweseldown is a great eventing place now. It's a good for being well drained so makes it available most of the year for schooling. Holding top names classes. They have an aqua treadmill, which is a good way to build up strength in a horse without the risk of injury.
