Made enquiry around 8:30am, arrived around 10am, replaced pump and was on his way within 25mins.Excellent service, friendly and knew what he was doing.As a comparison; the manufacturer quoted 4x the price and had no availability for 21 days.Support local businesses, highly recommend.

I've not been the easiest of customers. He has been out more than once, for no reason on one occasion. I have rearranged on him too. All this in mind he has given a 1st class service through out. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend. No need to shop around. You will not find better.

Recently moved and new washing machine wouldn't drain. Advised to make sure there was a hole in outlet tube. Easy fix. Someone else may have charged. Impressed with integrity of person I spoke to. Thank-you
