I contacted identibase as over the years I’ve somehow misplaced one of my pets details and been a little unorganised! I communicated via email with Wendy who has been so polite, lovely and helpful. It’s refreshing to deal with somebody in customer service, though she is a nurse, who is so efficient and made easy work dealing with my inquiry without constant back and forth, which can sometimes be stressful and annoying. Thanks so much, Wendy I appreciate your help and professionalism!
