Unfortunately a bad experience. The sales assistant Rosie was struggling with the computer and intern I spent 25 mins buying a very small number of items. Fortunately enough, the manager took over and I managed to leave with what I needed.Work break spent in dulux.

5 star products and very knowledgeable friendly staff! I went in store completely clueless on what type of paint I needed (gloss, matt etc), but after a chat with Chris I was ready to go. I also wanted very specific colours of emerald green and blush pink and he helped me identify the perfect paints (far better than B&Q). I've now decorated my room with the paints he recommended and I couldn't be happier with the finish. Best customer service I've had in a long time. Chris even helped me to my car with the paint! I wouldn't go anywhere else when decorating.
