Don't quite trust the negative reviews here. I go to this chemist go to Vision every month and find staff helpful and friendly. Prices are fine.

The staff is friendly but everything I went to buy was WAY over priced. You can find whatever you need elsewhere for a solid 20-30% less. Don't come here.

Staff here seem untrained and cannot seem to answer basic questions nor are they inclined to fetch anyone who can help. Prices of items are far more expensive than the chemist nearby on Welford Road. As of today Andrews salts, for example, is £1 more expensive here than it is at the Healthcare Pharmacy, for the SAME product. Lots of other items here overpriced too.

Lovely, helpfully staff . Over the last few months vision pharmacy on welford road Leicester has always delivered my medication on time most weeks the doctors system of repeat prescriptions has gone wrong and system has failed making my anxiety worse this has been very bad.. The staff at vision have gone out of their way every time to help me . Very first class can't thank them enough.

If only I could give no stars. They gave me the wrong product in a prescription bag. When I got home and opened it, I rang them but they would not take it back and refund as I 'should ' have checked it while I was there. It was an inhaler spacer sealed in a plastic container, unopened packaging. They offered to dispose of it for me, but couldn't refund me, so how was that helpful? I do have a bin of my own. I will have to pay another 9.30 for the correct item.

I went in for some help with a bloodshot and irritated eye. I asked the assistant for help, I explained I may have caused it by rubbing it and it may be an infection, she went to the Pharmacist, he said something to her then she told me they have nothing at all. I was disappointed the pharmacist didn’t have a look at my eye himself and at least offer some advice. Poor customer service which will be reported to the NHS. Will not go there again.
