Great service and expertise to get my new car key duplicated (car came with one key only). Prices super competitive. Had the option to drive to the back of the shop with parking available too. Super friendly staff and already recommending family and friends.Also being fully certified means I left with peace of mine my car was in safe hands.Shop also has a massive range of household goods with high street outside whilst you wait.

A hardware store that also has a lot of homeware and much else besides. It is a very useful resource for smaller items that are hard or impossible to find on Amazon or in the big chain hardware stores. In my experience the staff have always been friendly and cheerful.

I made the car key with them last week and I really like how fast and affordable price. The person name Aziz who did my key was polite and very educative, suggested me to get a spare key as I only have single key for my car.I did recommend it to everyone who need to make there car key or want to get there keys fix like mine.

i went in to this shop to purchase a washing machine hose i approached the counter and asked the man to assist me. He pointed and said go down that way and look for yourself. i found that very unhelpful as i had a pushchair with my 2 year old daughter in it and it would have been easier if he helped me get it . when i returned to the counter after finding what i needed to pay the same man much to my surprise asked me for my phone number as he said i looked sexy. this was very disrespectful and rude of him which i made clear to him. i left the shop and did not buy anything and will never return there again. very very bad customer servicenone professional and rude staff .

I was so very super pleased at the service I got from this company. Not only did the gentleman come to my house to sort out my car key problem (which saved me a long, painful bus journey) but the service was quick, efficient and the guy was super polite and helpful. Great service my experience with Mr Aziz Ghafar, he was amazing. He fixed my car keys with a very reasonable price., definitely would recommend.

Needed a set of keys copied. They were ready in just a couple of minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Personnel is helpful and courteous.

I can’t tell you much I love this shop! I’m in there frequently as it is the proverbial Aladdins Cave, from brass screws to pudding basins and everything in between. It’s definitely my go to store for DIY bits and all the staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful.

My experience with this shop was amazing as I like the customer service which they have provided. I would definitely go there as it is one of my diya list shop
