Very helpful when our 2005 Fiat Multipla's f/n/s lower wishbone disintegrated. They diagnosed the problem, before an MOT was due in, whilst we were in a local tea room and advised A roads to get us home. We got home fine at a very careful 50max! All inspecting and advise for a cheerful no charge at all! Answered the phone a week later when I queried the part required for the mechanic before my garage had a look.
