Ordered a swimming costume through wow, never arrived yet took money from account. Emailed .. no reply. Asked wow to deal with it. Been on holiday and been back three weeks! Do not use this company.

I ordered swimsuit for my holiday allowing plenty of time for delivery before my trip. I have now been back 6 weeks and still no swimsuit. I have emailed on numerous occasions, both to Verso and WOW who are the people who I ordered it from. Have received no response from Verso, despite WOW also chasing them.Customer service is diabolical. Wish I had read comments before ordering because I would not have ordered.Definitely does not look good for WOW either as they should have checked before advertising the goods.

Do NOT use. Company steals from you. Sent an item back for exchange over 6 weeks ago and nobody wants to even respond to any emails or pickup the phone, you have been warned, you're in for some hassle if the items you order do not fit or are not what you want.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. ORDER A PONCHO DIDN'T ARRIVE WITHIN TIME FRAME. GOT ONE REPLY EMAIL ASKING FOR ORDER INFORMATION TO THEN BE EGNORED. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES BUT I WILL KEEP TRYING AS I'M NOT EXCEPTING THIS COMPANY STEALING FROM ME. IF I COULD GIVE - STARS I WOULD.
