Recently bought a used VW Golf estate from vertu Hereford. A very courteous and professional young man - Ellis dealt with me through the process . On collection day the vehicle was presented in an immaculate condition and cannot thank them enough forthere help with purchase.After 4 months of driving I noticed some discoloration marks on the inner section of the alloy wheels which didn't look like stone chip damage.Concerned by there sudden deterioration I contacted the VW team at Hereford .Richard ( sales manager )and Ellis arranged for all 4 wheels to be recut , sprayed and lacquered back to new - all at VW expense .Thank you Hereford VW for all your help .Quality Dealership .

Thank you to Tom and the Service Team - I had a couple of issues with my car and wasn't sure of the root cause. I have been liaising with Tom who had taken ownership.On arrival at the dealership, Clive and his Service Team were helpful in giving my car a check over and explained the reason for the noise. I would seriously have given them 10 stars, we drove 3h to get a car from them, they have been so amazing and caring like no other dealership. To them it’s more than just a sale taking place, they support you financially, and emotionally making sure you make the right decision for yourself and not for their pockets. This must be the first dealership that dint ask me to write a review all 6 others told me to please make nothing less than 5 stars. The quickest and easiest car purchase I've ever had. My approved used Golf is immaculate and is like a brand new car. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Charlotte. Very professional and friendly experience! Would highly recommend to anyone!

First impressions good car is fine but that's where it ends. When I bought the car I added a protection pack suggested by the salesman includes paint protection rubber mats and load liner, have rubber mats and paint protection but no load liner I paid for this on the 31st May 23 its now the 17 July no load liner contacted dealership on many occasions only to be promised a call back still waiting for the call. Got an email from the salesman I bought the car from on the 6th of July saying it would be sent still waiting for it after 11 days happy to keep your money but not supply the parts seems like being fobbed off and lied to

Excellent service from John Ferris at VW. Helpful, practical and honest advice as we explored buying a new ID3. Ultimately we didn't buy, but the service we received was exemplary, even when we decided against the ID3. Highly recommend this dealership.

Went to look at a car, and the salesman was full of facts and figures. Unfortunately, a lot of the information he gave us was incorrect. That then led to doubt about any correct info he may have given us. Half an hour on the net gave us the info we needed. He was polite, well dressed and well, a car salesman, just not a very good one. Do your homework first.

Ellis was excellent from start to finish. We bought a VW Tiguan from here and he made the process very easy. Highly recommend dealing with this garage.
