Vets 4 Pets in Portishead ticks all of the boxes for me and my pets. Polite, kind, friendly and helpful. The continuing support from them with my animals is comforting. I know they are in good hands.

Have visited many times and everyone has always been friendly. However my visit on Wednesday 6th April to get my dog weighed for her monthly flea/worming treatment was a very different experience.The receptionist was unfriendly, bordering on rude. No attempt at any conversation or even a smile. If that had been my first visit I would never return. Such a shame as all the staff I have encountered before have been lovely and friendly, always make a point of talking to me and my dog and seem genuinely pet friendly people.Maybe a lesson in customer service and reception skills are required.

The staff were wonderful! Everyone from the vet to the reception team. I had a number of questions about my new kitten while she was being vaccinated and every one was answered in depth and confidence by the vet. The reception staff were so helpful with everything I required and customer service was brilliant. I will happily be choosing to stay with this branch for my cats needs.

The vet was so attentive , kind and gentle to my very nervous dog. She completely understanding her needs.. getting down to her level, being calm and slow with her and just so kind and caring . We were in no way rushed she was brilliant.

Terrible service from Vets4Pets Portishead. Visited as my cat had a nail in his paw (this happens frequently) I called ahead of the visit to book and confirm prices, the receptionist was unable to confirm any prices on the call & just said it all depends" We saw Nikolay. He was very rushed

A very friendly service, lovely staff and clean surroundings, the vet was very good with Bruce and I think Bruce trusted him he was such a good boy. I trusted the vets advice and found him to be very helpful and understanding.

Took my cat here and I was so impressed. Tamsin was the vet and she was incredible. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and genuine. I felt my cat was in very safe and very capable hands! Naomi was the veterinary nurse and she was also very helpful, friendly and kind.

First time we have used this practice.Took our 81/2 year old Goldendoodle in with an infected paw. He's a large dog to handle but they were excellent. Great diagnosis, antibiotics and painkillers worked well. Follow up consultation was icluded in the price. Great value, very caring attitude.
